Arleen Conradi, Psy.D., LEP, ABSNP, is a bilingual licensed educational psychologist with more than 12 years of experience serving students, families, and adults in both schools and private practice. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University, her M.A. and Ed.S. in School Psychology from Chapman University, and her Psy.D. in Educational Psychology from Alliant International University, where she completed her dissertation on restorative practices. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of School Neuropsychology.
Arleen’s career has spanned diverse settings, including school districts across San Diego, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties, where she has supported IEP teams with independent educational evaluations (IEEs). Arleen's background as a school psychologist has provided her with the unique experience and knowledge of special education laws and eligibility. She has also worked with college students seeking accommodations and with youth and adults in the judicial system. Her professional interests include autism evaluations, bilingual evaluations, mental health, and advocating for minority and vulnerable populations.
Arleen lives in San Diego, California, with her husband, Jon, their two children, Becca and Rider, and their family dog, Molly. She is passionate about sharing restorative practices with colleagues and schools nationwide, helping to create more equitable, connected, and supportive learning communities.
